Rate 63/65 is available to all non-residential and farm customers on an optional basis and required for customers consuming 7,600 kWh or more per month or using more than 200 kW. This rate is for customers who are interested in saving money by managing the timing of maximum demands and kWh use, thereby taking advantage of lower off-peak kW and kWh rates.
