Service under this pilot schedule (TP) is available to customers eligible for Rate Schedule RS (Residential Service), and Rate Schedule GS (General Service). Company reserves the right to limit eligibility in the TOUCH Program to address certain logistical and operational restrictions. This Schedule will be closed to new customers as of December 31, 2019, but may be renewed through application and approval by the LPSC on an annual basis.
