Description
This rate is applicable at the option of a qualified Consumer, in a single establishment on one premise where the total energy requirements for lighting, power, space cooling, and space heating are supplied electrically through one meter. A qualified Consumer must utilize electric space heating. The aforementioned space cooling and space heating energy requirements must be utilized for the comfort of employees. Rate LPSE is not applicable where the primary operation is outside the conditioned area. Service shall not be resold or shared with others. In addition to the above criteria, accounts must have an average monthly billing demand less than 50 kW.
