Description
This Rate Schedule shall be applicable to any Non-Residential Customer supplied at a single point of delivery with a Contract Demand of not less than 4,500 kVa electing service hereunder. This Rate Schedule is not applicable to Customer where 1) an alternate source of power is used, 2) for resale to others, or 3) as a supplement to service furnished under any other Rate Schedule.
