Description
This schedule is available in all territory served by the District for commercial, industrial, governmental, institutional, agricultural, and multiple residential customers. This schedule is not available for stand-by service, partial requirements service or service to seasonally disconnected loads with the exception of that portion of a load participating in the District's Net Metering Program, such portion of load being eligible for service under this schedule. The portion of a customer's load participating in the District's Net Metering Program is defined as the nameplate capacity of the electric generator identified in the customer's Net Metering Agreement with the District. This rate schedule does not apply to a New Large Single Load as defined in Rate Schedule 37. Such loads shall be served by Rate Schedule 37 - New Large Single Loads.
