Available to consumers served by Association's single or three-phase lines, for all types of usage with a billing demand of 10 kW or greater, subject to the established rules and regulations of the Association. Primary Service. A discount of $0.12 per kVA of contract capacity will be applied to the bill when service is taken by the consumer at the available primary voltage. If primary metering is used, an additional discount of 2.0% shall be applied to the bill. The 2.0% discount shall be applied after the $0.12 per kVA discount.
