Additional Info: * Minimum Charge: 10kW per month * There shall be added or deducted from the monthly bill, as computed above, excluding Security Lighting and Controlled Water Heating services, an amount per kilowatt-hour calculated as follows: Monthly PPAC billing =(Base Energy Charge - $0.012)+Fuel Adjustment Charge+ Energy Adjustment Charge (1- EAL) **Base Energy Charge, Fuel Adjustment Charge, and Energy Adjustment Charge are stated components of the Minnesota Power wholesale billings and are taken from the preceding months purchased power bill. **Estimated Annual Losses (EAL) are equal to energy losses on the distribution system expressed as a decimal to the nearest 0.001. The initial value for Estimated Annual Losses shall be 0.069. **Monthly PPAC billings shall be stated in dollars per kWh, rounded to the nearest $0.00001.
