AVAILABLE: To parties who own and/or operate irrigation pumping stations located at or near the Company's existing distribution lines supplied by its interconnected transmission system within Butte, Custer, Fall River, Lawrence, Meade, and Pennington Counties of South Dakota. APPLICABLE: To customers using electric service supplied at one point of delivery for irrigation pumping. Service is by Irrigation Pumping Contract (IPC) only and is not applicable for temporary, standby supplementary, emergency, resale, shared or incidental purposes. CHARACTER OF SERVICE: Alternating current, 60 hertz, three phase and at the voltage stated in the IPC.
