Description
Available in all territory served by the Corporation, in accordance with Corporate Service Rules and Regulations. Applicable to all consumers of the Corporation that meet all of the following conditions: 1. Own and operate a distributed generation ("DGen") facility that: a. Has a nameplate rating of not greater than 10 kW, b. Generates energy from a renewable energy source, and c. Is primarily intended to offset part or all of the consumer's electrical requirements 2. Have executed the Corporation's Interconnection Agreement Each net metering consumer subject to this Rate NMS shall be charged for electric service under that rate schedule which would otherwise be applicable if the consumer was not a net metering customer. In addition, each net metering consumer shall pay monthly Facilities Charge based on the total incremental cost of all facilities installed by the Corporation, including additional metering equipment, transformers, protective devices, controls and monitoring equipment times the Corporation's monthly Fixed Charge Rate. AND $5.00 per month Administrative Charge.
