Description
Eligibility: This Rate is applicable to District customers served under Rate Schedule No. 5 who install a photovoltaic (PV) solar system having a nameplate rating of 10,000 watts or less. To be eligible the customer must sign a Solar Electrical Application and Agreement and comply with the installation and equipment specifications contained therein. Special Meter Charge (one-time charge): $26.00 The kwh generated above usage will be purchased at $0.04/kwh
