Description
Applicable to general services including lighting and power Customers. This Schedule is applicable to and mandatory for all Customers whose monthly Maximum Demand, in the opinion of the Utility, is expected to exceed 500 kW or has exceeded 500 kW in any three (3) months during the preceding twelve (12) months. *State law requires all California electric utilities to establish a public benefit charge of 2.85% of electric retail revenues to fund qualifying energy efficiency programs, renewable energy resources, research and demonstration projects, and services for low-income electricity customers.
