Description
Except as modified herein, this schedule is applicable only to non-residential Customers (1) who elect to receive Electricity Supply Service and Electric Delivery Service from the Company and (2) whose peak measured average 30-minute interval demand has reached or exceeded 500 kW during at least three billing months within the previous 12 consecutive billing months immediately prior to the Customer’s effective date for service under this schedule. Discontinuance of Electric Service under this schedule shall be in accordance with Paragraphs I.B. or XIII. of this schedule.
