Description
Applicable to high load factor industrial power service requiring 3,000 kW or greater and having a demonstrable annual load factor of approximately ninety percent (90%) or greater. Service shall be taken at one (1) voltage and through a single delivery point. Service to more than one (1) premises shall not be combined. Service shall not be resold or shared with others. The Company reserves the right to negotiate the terms, conditions and arrangements for supplying loads of more than 27,000 kW of capacity subject to the approval of the Alabama Public Service Commission
