Description
To any Consumer in the District's Service Area which takes three phase service served radially from the District's system at a nominal standard voltage of 161,000 volts or 345,000 volts and owns its electric substation for the delivery of the service. The Consumer must have a minimum demand of 20,000 kW for service at 161,000 volts or a minimum of 200,000 kW for service at 345,000 volts each month. Consumer must substantiate to the District's satisfaction that its demand requirements will meet the minimum demand requirements of this rate schedule within 18 months of establishing service under this schedule. A Consumer's high voltage service must be measured by the District at a single metering point unless a Consumer takes emergency or special service as required by the District's Service Regulations. Consumers receiving service from more than one high voltage transmission source are restricted from tying or paralleling the sources at any time or for any duration. All Consumer transfers between sources must be performed as open transition transfers. All Consumers must be in good credit standing as determined by District policy.
