Choice of voltage shall be at the option of the Company. A customer qualifying for service under Rate GP may take distribution service under the terms and conditions of Rate GT (including the Transformer Charge) if the transformer that directly serves such customer is: 1) located in the immediate vicinity; 2) is owned by the Company; and 3) has been directly fed by a Transmission voltage line since May 8, 2007
