Description
This rate is applicable at the option of a qualified public or private kindergarten, elementary, or secondary school, in a single establishment on one premise where the total energy requirements for lighting, power, space cooling, and space heating are supplied electrically through one meter. A qualified public or private kindergarten, elementary, or secondary school must utilize electric space heating. The aforementioned space cooling and space heating energy requirements must be utilized for the comfort of employees. Service shall not be resold or shared with others.
