Description
Applicable for lighting, power and miscellaneous electric service when the Consumer's entire electrical requirements are furnished by the Company. Service to more than one premises shall not be combined. Service shall not be resold or shared with others. The Company reserves the right to negotiate the terms, conditions and arrangements for supplying loads of more than 30,000 kVa of capacity, subject to the approval of the Alabama Public Service Commission.
