Service under this rate is available to residential customers for all domestic purposes in a single family dwelling unit supplied through one meter. This rate is not applicable to a residence that is used for commercial, professional, or any other gainful enterprise; however, if the domestic use can be separately metered, this rate is applicable to the metered domestic portion of energy use. A residence in which three rooms or more are rented or are available for rent, leased or otherwise used in other than a single-family dwelling unit, is considered non-domestic and the applicable general service rate shall apply. **Power Miser Credit
