Description
This Optional Time-of-Use Rider (TOU) is available to existing and new Consumers of the Association taking service under the following rate schedules: Residential (A), Residential Incorporated City or Town Service (CS), Commercial Service (E1/E3), Large Power Service (FP), Irrigation Service (I), Residential � Demand Metered (C), Residential Incorporated City or Town Service � Demand Metered (CSD), Industrial Service � Demand Metered (S), Commercial Service � Demand Metered (B), Large Power � Demand Metered (P), and Optional High Load Factor Service � Demand Metered (HLF). A Consumer choosing this optional rider will be served under the otherwise applicable terms and conditions of the Consumer�s standard rate schedule. TOU shall be available as an option to members otherwise served under the schedules listed below to encourage off-peak power consumption.
