Description
This Rate Schedule is available to non-Residential Customers using electric power and/or lighting service through a single delivery location and at a single delivery voltage at available nominal transmission voltages whose registered demand is equal to or greater than 5,000 kW in two (2) consecutive months. Choice of voltage shall be at the option of the Company. All substation, transformer, voltage regulating, and other equipment required for utilization of the delivery voltage shall be owned and maintained by the Customer.
