This rate is available to any non-residential customer using the Company's standard service for power and light requirements and having a contract demand of 75 KVA or over. It is not available for resale service. The billing demand (to the nearest whole KVA) shall be the greatest of: (1) the maximum integrated fifteen minute demand measured (which may be on a rolling time interval) during the current month; or (2) eighty percent (80%) of the highest demand occurring during the billing months June through September in the eleven preceding months; or (3) sixty percent (60%) of the highest demand occurring during the billing months of October through May in the eleven preceding months; or (4) the contract demand; or (5) 75 KVA.
