To all electric service of one standard voltage required on the customer's premises, delivered at one point and metered at or compensated to that voltage for any customer with a demand, as determined under the Special Applicability Provisions, of not less than 30 kW but less than 500 kW. $18.00 Basic Service Charge plus $7.81 per kW of billing demand in excess of 30 kW, plus excess kVAR charges, plus Environmental Compliance Cost Recovery, plus Nuclear Construction Cost Recovery, plus appropriate Demand Side Management Schedule, plus Fuel Cost Recovery as applied to the current month kWh, plus Municipal Franchise Fee.
