Description
APPLICABILITY: To all electric service of one standard voltage required for temporary service less than 12 months; for recurring seasonal patterns of service; or for the full year operation of other services. Where the Company determines installation of metering equipment is impractical or uneconomical, monthly kWh may be estimated by the Company and billed at the monthly rate. Billing under this option is designated as OGS-11-U. Applicable with riders: ECCR, DSM-R-4, NCCR-3, MFF-2, and LT-1.
