Additional Info: *The following Energy Charges apply: Distribution $0.00751 per all kWh Transmission $0.02844 per all kWh Generation $0.06438 per all kWh in Winter months $0.06438 per up to 1599 kWh per Summer month $0.09438 per kWh over 1599 per Summer month Conservation $0.0024 per all kWh **The Above Charges are added to arrive at the final per kwh charge. *MEDICAL EXEMPTION: If customer demonstrates medical need for usage greater than 1599 kWhs per month, 2nd block generation charge shall not apply, and all usage shall be charge at the generation rate for less than 1600 per month. *Winter rates apply to all bills rendered from October 15 through June 14; summer rates apply to all bills rendered from June 15 through October 14. *The following adjustments are applied to the rate(s): **PURCHASED POWER ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE: In addition to the Monthly Rate above, bills will be adjusted by a charge or credit applied to all kilowatt-hours billed in each month as provided in the Department's Purchased Power Adjustment Clause, MDPU No.110. **NYPA HYDRO POWER ADJUSTMENT CLAUSE: Residential customers will receive a credit applied to the first 500 kilowatt-hours billed in each month as provided in the Department's Hydro Power Adjustment Clause, MDTE No. 107. **RATE STABILIZATION ADJUSTMENT: Bills will be adjusted by a credit applied to all kilowatt-hours billed in each month as provided in the Department's Rate Stabilization Adjustment Clause, MDPU No.120 .
